Apple Energy Group is a IREC Accredited Training Provider for Energy Auditor and Quality Control Inspector. IREC is the leading accrediting body for clean energy training in the United States. With less than 25 training providers currently certified nationally, Apple Energy Group is honored to have been a successful applicant for IREC's standards and rigorous approach to quality.
Training and Technical Assistance
For over a decade, Apple Energy Group has been a leading building performance training and education provider throughout numerous states including Texas, Georgia, Colorado, Kentucky, Louisiana, Florida, and New Mexico. AEG and its team of allied partners have been designing, developing, and delivering training and technical assistance for state and local agencies for both in-person and online training for Energy Code, Code Updates, Weatherization (WAP), and various building performance certifications. AEG has provided training and assistance to thousands of WAP agency and subcontractor personnel for hundreds of weatherization agencies. Most recently, the AEG team was invited to present for a virtual conference and provided live NEAT/MHEA training for local community action groups from our Austin-based VX Studios.
Making a Difference
Apple Energy Group is committed to helping to save energy and inspire the next generation of energy savers! With curriculums for schools, a book series, and promotional materials, Apple Energy Group has teamed with Energy Venue to inspire children that "Every little bit saves!"
Project Management
As a trusted partner for numerous companies in both the U.S., Mexico, and Spain, Apple Energy Group has partnered with them in analyzing gaps, developing solutions, and implementing plans and processes to help achieve growth and facilitate successful change in energy efficiency and environmental education.
Projects have included content development, training and technical assistance, media production, branding, and outreach marketing for campaigns and programs.
