Every week in October your service teams will have FREE access to 30-Minute Live Coaching Huddles. The content will be repeated on Tuesday and Thursday to give you two flexible opportunities for your team to join each week.

 

We are limiting registrations to maximize the participant experience. Each time slot is limited to 5 dealerships or one dealership group. With registration, you can request an available time slot and receive a personalized Zoom link for FULL access for the month of October. Currently, 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, and 1:30 are still available. 

 

For anyone who would like or needs additional support, we are offering 50-minute Live Acceleration Practice Huddles on Wednesdays. This is real-time practice of the fundamental skills required for effectively presenting the Vehicle Inspection/MPI, professionally overcoming Customer Objections, and educating customers.

 

All of these sessions are designed to be motivational, practical, and concise in order to help your team be prepared for customer engagement and to increase both sales and CSI.
